Agreed. Given recent news events, Kenya is unlikely.

Even bad publicity is good publicity. ^

Sorry for being slow/thick but are these offers only for ex UK departures?

Yes. In fact from London only. After all, who on earth would live anywhere else?

BA missing a trick here - plenty seats on the 1344 to LBA this afternoon - flash sale this route!

Weekend in Leeds / Bradford / Yorkshire Dales for you London types not appealing?

JNB isn't impossible as BA has been putting out some pretty cheap fares on those flights. Basically trying to keep those 747/380 flights full out of season.

South America... most of those are super long-haul so I'd be surprised to see them cheap. Plus flying in eco on those routes, given the length of time, isn't the very best thing going. Still, should Santiago, Mexico City, Rio or Lima pop up I'd be keen to try and get a ticket. Although with only 100 available I don't fancy my chances. :-/

I suppose £200 to spend time in Yorkshire is not a terrible deal for some but I feel sure that most of my fellow Lancastrians and I would expect them to pay us significantly more than that.

Don't worry, we wouldn't want any Lancastrians here anyway

Why would recent events have anything to do with BA not offering £200 tickets to NBO?

For all I know there has been more gun crime /shooting/unfortunate events in the US than Kenya over the past few years.... that hasn't stopped BA offering a sale to US cities

[sorry...the Kenyan in me couldn't let this pass..now back on topic....]

I hope BA has dug out the spare ZX Spectrum because I am worried for the health of ba.com on Tuesday, given that it couldn't cope with the 'low publicity' version today .....

Asia or South America + 1 U.S. destination would be awesome.

I was up in sunny Rotherham over the weekend and saw my brothers local is now advertising two meals (not courses, meals) for £10.

Average cost of a 2-course lunch for 4 (two of which are small kids) in the Italian on our Chelsea street corner: £120
