By offer do you mean an op-up or are you looking at a POUG or AUP?

There doesn't seem to be (to me, at least, although I'm no expert) any obvious constraint yet. So I would expect no op-ups, medium chance of POUGs, good chance of AUPs. But I could be totally wrong!
