How long for QR-earned points to be applied?

How long for QR-earned points to be applied?
What’s the time it takes normally for points earned on QR to be added to BAEC accounts?

If it’s BAEC year end you’re worried about, I’m sure it’s flight date and not post date that is important.

It's more that I have a QF flight this weekend and this QR will get me to Silver - need a lounge coffee!

I just got some of the flight credited - I forgot there was a QF leg and that alone has been enough to get me back to Silver. So what's with BA's IT? The webpage and the app both still show Bronze colours but proudly announce I have reached Silver. But I still can't get free seat choice for my upcoming BA flight in February.

EDIT - I did a bit of searching and I see this is a 'feature' and it will update in the next couple of days.

You may find that for bookings which already had your BAEC number entered with Bronze status, you have to remove and add back the BAEC number to trigger the higher tier seating privileges.

Agh! I hate BA's idea of IT. So you can't alter your FF number on BA's website but you CAN on Finnair's. So I went there, changed it to my QF number and then back again. Trouble is, now the QF number is showing on the BA booking on BA's website but the BA number is showing on the Finnair website.

I'll probably have to call tomorrow and get it sorted,
