On business redemption
Happy Christmas!
I have 2550 on business points that expire Dec 31st this year - would rather not lose them so was thinking of booking a trip way somewhere i’d like to go in advance (eg Dec 19) to then change and bring forward to date I can actually go!
I can’t seem to easily find how to actually book on business redemptions online - or what destinations are possible as a return for 2550 points - looks like band 1 but do they correlate like that?
Would it be £30 to change dates as a gold?
Any help much appreciated. Never used on business to spend before!

Log into your On Business account and click on the Book Flights tab on the right hand side.
You'll be logging in as your company and not as an individual so there no relevance in having a gold card. You can change the dates up to a day before the flight (much like Avios bookings).
Don't get too excited though, you have just about enough points to fly domestic return in economy (2,200) or somewhere close in Europe like LHR-CDG return.

Just in case others search in future...
i couldn’t book on iPhone - it just came up with purchasing but the book flights button on iPad browser worked fine - option to buy or dedeem points.
