Why can't we book open-jaw redemptions online?
I am a software developer, and I know how easy it would be to implement this technically.
So why can we not book open-jaw reward flights online? It's such a hassle having to call the phoneline.

As a software developer you should know that there's usually a business case to support, it's never IT for the sake of IT.
I'm guessing due to technical debt and the lack of a real business case for this this has not been developed.
