That's very odd. Apart from the UK-HEL joint business routes SH+ points are BA flights only. Looking at other routes to the UK it seems CMN-LGW is also showing as 80 TPs, as is CMN-MAN. LHR-Rabat is 40 TPs which is what I would expect.

Right have done a bit more digging now. I think it must be because of the codeshare agreement between BA and RAM https://mediacentre.britishairways.c...ares-427/12063
Seems the following UK-Morocco routes all show SH+ TPs whether you select BA or RAM as the crediting airline: LHR to Casablanca (CMN), Agadir (AGA) LGW to Casablanca (CMN), Agadir (AGA) MAN to Casablanca (CMN) The existing BA routes from LHR and LGW to Marrakech (RAK) were always SH+ and remain so. They also now show as TPs when selected RAM as the crediting airline. LHR to Rabat (RBA) shows as 40 TPs when selected RAM as crediting airline, and there is nothing is listed when selecting BA. I think it can be explained by the codeshare that BA has separately set up with RAM. So those routes under BA code would be certainly ok for SH+. Rabat doesn't entirely compute but it is a slightly shorter distance, and I haven't found a codeshare with Rabat yet. Agadir is definitely in the codeshare though, and is another 80 TP route.

A quick look to see if this was a cheap and TP-efficient route to CPT fell at the first hurdle! They don’t go there!
No, please don’t look at OW options from RAK ... it was but a passing thought, and we certainly won’t want to be dancing around obscure African airports to get to CPT!! |

Don't know about ARN but I just checked ex-IST long-haul 560 TP options, unfortunately, didn't find anything cheaper than 3000 USD ( 2450 GBP ) r/t.
