BA Exec Club # in US is now closed?

BA Exec Club # in US is now closed?
Calling the US 800 # in the US it says its closed but it shouldnt be as it says hours are daily until 20:00 EST. Any ideas how to reach them as HK # is not open yet. Thanks!

Have you tried 1-800 AIRWAYS? That's the one I sometimes revert to, being easiest to remember.
