AA irrops and BA ORC

I'm probably just being dumb, but I can't find the answer I need on here... I'm a BA Gold living in the USA, and therefore, of course, use AA for domestic flights. I've had a re-route and involuntary downgrade on an AA flight on an AA ticket, but with my BA number in the booking. Whom do I contact to get ORC? (I really need the TPs to hit GGL!) Thank you, all

You need to contact BAEC. The relevant thread is linked in the dashboard: https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/brit...r-s-guide.html

AA has no ability to award anything other than AA miles.

However on your involuntary downgrade on an AA ticket and AA flight- AA would be the place to ask for compensation/refund.
