I wonder why ??? [I should be Silver by now but I am still showing as Bronze]


After 4 days , my app still showing bronze when quite clearly I'm silver ?? I need to get all these seats booked 😬

It's probably still being processed in that case. Wait a few more days and if it still hasn't been updated, then I'd suggest calling Executive Club.

I hat the same issue. Takes a couple of days. Yiu are silver, and you will have all benefits of silver. Just not the correct colornshowing currently.

Have you actually tried to reserve the seats? It usually takes a couple of days for the app to catch up etc.

I turned Silver this week too. It only took two days to show silver on the app.

I logged into my online account and then went into the app and when on the home screen, swipe down to refresh! That worked for me.

When I turned silver earlier this year it took over 3 weeks to change. I was told by the exec club that it would only change after my bronze card had expired (end of May), despite the fact I'd reached silver in early May . And yes, it updated to silver (app and website) on the morning of June 1st. It still doesn't show that I've flown 4 BA flights and I've been told that it never will, but that their back office system knows I've flown them.

I have 8 flights booked and awaiting to pre book my seats
