Had a 2 1/2 hour delay on my LHR-LAS flight on Monday (two days ago) allegedly due to load issues. Wonder if this is an ongoing issue.

The issue was with the Amadeus/Altea system that sits behind the BA FLY system. KLM/AF were also experiencing issues too.

I did GLA-LHR today but diverted to LGW. We left 2 hours later LGW-LHR. Not the shortest lfight I have ever taken on a jet but pretty close.

At least they seem to be getting aircraft back to Heathrow tonight, saw a LTN-LHR flight on Flight24

The Captain said the reason for our delay was BA IT failure. We were delayed 1 hour because of the fire alarm but boarded at 17:00. We then taxied to Concorde but turned left and shut down the engines till now that area till around 9pm. Several other BA aircraft were similarly parked around us.

This was the 16:45 to Warsaw.

No, they're running Windows 10 and it did a forced upgrade to version 1803.
