Name That Seat! Thread - Guidelines

The aim of the game is to guess the seat number and aircraft type from a quirky/fun photo of (or from) a seat on a BA-operated flight in the current fleet.* There ought to be at least one clue of some sort in the photo, so we don't - for example - run the risk of endless Economy seat guesses.

There are only three rules to follow:

1) Photo posters: remember to keep it to one 'live' photo at a time (i.e. check that the last photo posted has been guessed correctly before posting another).
2) Guessers: you must guess a seat number and aircraft type.

3) Guessers: in the event of a wrong guess, please wait a minimum of 10 minutes before guessing again (i.e. let someone else have a chance at guessing before you do so again).

Good luck!

* Depending on how popular the thread is, we might - in the future - open it up to seats on aircraft types retired from the current BA fleet.

2-4-1

Maybe too easy, but name both seats to win.

But in 15A, you'd be looking at the left wing. rather than the right.

I can assure you I have never sat in 15k and it is a pic of the left wing.

That is the port side and therefore the left wing looking out so it's definitely the 'A' side.

Oh crap! The first two times I looked (okay, small screen, my only excuse) my eyes told me I was looking at the (distorted) leading edge of the right wing. Third time I look,, d'uh, so obviously the trailing edge of the left wing.

I need a drink...

Hmmm, I might start a Name that drink! thread: booze or soft drinks photographed whilst on a BA flight or in a BA lounge.

Ok. I will reluctantly have a go, mostly because I want to post one of my own soon!

if this is a 777- 200 (I’m not 100 percent it’s not 300) I’ll punt for 15e and f.

Agree with the aircraft, but think it's further forward than that.

777-200 and I think 13E and 13F?

Bingo! You win twice the usual prize* for getting both seats (which was something of a clue, perhaps?) Not sure on the 777 variant myself either, so we'll let that part go ;-)

* Enjoy your 2 lots of sod all!

Was definitely row 15, back row of CW for step free aisle access. Someone geekier smarter than me might be able to tell if that means it's a -200 or -300?
