Actually I copy/pasted the press release title there and it was all caps. Looks like Flyertalk “decapitalised” the title hence the bad capitalisation.
Regarding the general criticism of the criticism, I don’t think it’s too much to ask for official PR to be written properly? Especially when it’s probably been generated by an expensive agency.
