Question Satisfaction Survey of British Airways against other EU/ME/Asian carriers.

Dear All,

As part of an award of a MSc. in Aviation Management at a University in the United Kingdom, I would like to invite all to participate in a short Survey (20 multiple questions) about the quality of Service and product of British Airways and how it compares to other carriers in the European Union/Middle East and Asia. This Survey is strictly for the Premium Cabins such as First Class and Club World only.
The results of this Survey after the data is collected will be published on the thread as a contribution to the discussion of other fellow Flyertalk members.

The link to participate in the Survey is : https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1F...exoXw/viewform

I really appreciate your participation in this academic work and look forward to share the results in due time about where the British carrier stands compared to other leading companies of our Aviation Industry.

GC.

With the support of the Moderators of the BA forum, I have liaised offline with giancarlosil on this survey, which is being hosted externally to Flyertalk. Though I've suggested a few changes, this is essentially his survey for his Master degree studies.

Now those who have participated here for a while will be aware that we do occasionally get surveys here, generally from people who didn't engage with the moderators first, perhaps cross posting over many forums, and a typical outcome is that the survey gets locked due to a lot of meta discussion on the methodology or questions. And very few survey responses are made. More heat than light.

So we're trying a slightly different approach this time, to see if this is a better approach, and I would urge you to complete the survey if you get a few minutes. It isn't that long. I have asked the Moderators to lock this thread, at least for the time being, to provide focus to the survey at this point.

I'm aware that some FTers are professionals or academics who specialise in this area, I've no doubt that this survey could be reworded or rebased in a different manner, but that's not really the point.

giancarlosil has very kindly offered to share with us a summary of the findings afterwards, so there is a carrot for all of us here.

And of course we also need to welcome our newest member giancarlosil - welcome to Flyertalk, welcome to the BA forum. I hope this gives you what you are looking for, and that you also stay around to participate in this friendly community.

Wishing you the best of luck for your studies! Coming from an Aviation Management degree background myself I know it's tough and never ending but once it pays off it's a heck of an achievement nearly there!!!
