Obtaining a receipt after travel/on cancellation
I know various posters have asked about getting a receipt after travel, disruption or cancellation. Following a domestic medical issue, I've had to cancel some bookings and needed receipts/confirmation for travel insurance purposes. Normally you cannot get these on ba.com after travelling/cancellation etc . A very helpful person at a BA call centre told me to use ba.com/receipt. It doesn't cover every eventuality, but has a reasonably comprehensive set of options.
Might be worth adding to the dashboard, along with other instructions for printing receipts when available through ba.com.

I have been trying to find a link as to where I could find out exactly when my flight departed after a delay after we had boarded. Flight BA194 IAH -LHR 02/07/2019. Should have departed at 16.10 It was due to them being unable to close the hatch on the waste extraction and we were told 2 toilets would be out of action. If anyone can help thank you.
