Call during times when it won't be busy... I called Silver in the middle of the afternoon today with a 1, 1, 1 selection and got through in about 5 seconds. Waits are much worse in the evening when everyone is home discussing their travel rather than being at work.

If true in general then BA is missing an opportunity. Map the call volumes by the minute, day, date and staff the centres accordingly ! Simple common sense/

My wait this morning - Gold Line - at about 09:30 was over 10minutes. What also irks me is all the speil about using the website whilts waiting for the phone to get answered.
