What to do when British Airways ignores you?

Actually most of these posters are saying silly things. Of course I have tried talking to the airline first, now I am at a point where it is not going anywhere with British Airways. Hengilas is actually rude. T8191 doesn't understand difference between offending and being helpful is. I did not want to sleep at the airport, the airline did not help me.
To those who are helpful: Thank you for mentioning the people I need to escalate to as there are good and nice people on this forum (despite Hengilas and T8191), as when someone posts for assistance and help if you want to make negative remarks go do it elsewhere. I will definitely look into the National Enforcement Body (NEB), the CAA, and CEDR or MCOL.
