LHR-CDG with BA, then onto AF with terminal change

Hi,
Interested to experiences of transiting across CDG, specifically 2A to 2F, as I'm about to book LHR-CDG with BA, CDG-BES with AF.

Outbound 13th Nov.
BA0308, LHR-CDG, Arriving 1425 Terminal 2A.
connecting onto
AF7738 CDG-BES, departing 1625 from Terminal 2F.

Return 14th Nov.
AF7733 BES-CDG arriving 1945 Terminal 2F.
connecting onto
BA0329 CDG-LHR departing 2120, Terminal 2A.

Just so we know, will this be on two separate tickets? And will you have any checked bags?

Looks like it's a 15 minute walk from 2A to 2F, according to this.

And their minimum transfer time is 70 mins within T2 so if all is on time, you should be fine with no baggage to worry about.

The French destination forum is here: https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/france-monaco-467/
Airport transfer experiences with various airlines should be posted there as this is where you will have expertise on the subject

I did this all with AF last week. Bear in mind that you need to clear immigration and often security on the inbound at CDG, both can be time consuming. You will also need to clear immigration and possibly security on your outbound at CDG. Queues for non-Schengen arrivals and departures can be very long at the moment.

I'm glad I was on AF all the way as I would have been very pushed for time to move from 2A to 2F in addition to everything else.
