T-60 and cot seats are still not released.

I've always been able to grab cot bulkhead seats when released at T-72.

61A & K are both blocked, not taken, on my upcoming LAX-LHR flight in 2 days.
The app is showing that they aren't available to select and I called in and they told me that they haven't released them yet but confirmed that they are in fact NOT TAKEN.

Has this policy changed in the last 6 months?

Try selecting on Qantas's site. That worked for me previously when BA was blocking selection via a pop-up message

Qantas????

How can I change a BA booking on Qantas's website?

EDIT: Weird...I have never been able to see any bookings on any carrier's website besides the airline itself.

I tried it but they aren't showing as available yet.

The other one that may work is the Royal Jordanian website.

It's not always 72 hours now, it seems to be more usually 48 hours. I don't bother to call up until about 44 hours or so. Occasionally at 48 hours the agent can't do it, it really isn't their fault, I think it comes down to someone at some stage having the bassinet and therefore it getting reserved for them, then they move flight or change cabins and the block isn't easily removed.

I will keep checking and post all of my results here.

I'm flying an immediate-turn MR LAX-LHR-JNB so the flights are all within 24hr of each other.

OMG. I cannot imagine my state of mind after that trip. It's hard enough in ONE direction, but both as a turnaround...oy. Mazel Tov my friend.

Haha! It will be fun.

FC Lounges help split up the journey.

And I will probably pay to UG one of the flights to J.

Doing one more in 2 weeks. Exact same route.
