Thought it was a nice story and gesture.

Now, back to my annoyance at the loss of the YYZ lounge!

99.999999999% chance someone she knows works in the marketing department

Yep, I'm still salty about the lounge too.

Also looks like an expat family that doesn’t have any hardship issues and could have paid for their own airfare for the aunt to come visit.

This feel good story quite frankly brought a tear or two to my eye.....then again, the constant vomiting may have possibly played some minor role in that.

What a waste of money and so obviously staged, I wonder how BA found this story?

How can BA win. This is not someone being dragged off an aircraft, not a dirty cabin etc etc but a heart warming story. Still the cynical comments come. #despair in the marketing department.

But what is the message the video sends, to me it just shows fortunate enough to know someone who is in a position to make this happen.

I think for me the issue is that there is nothing in this story that tells us why she needed help and no compelling reason for the special treatment. I don’t think BA is even a sponsor of the musical in HK.
