Just asked and apparently they are now doing a limited service - no burger or red snapper.

Welcome to Flyertalk msben, welcome in particular to the BA forum and I very much hope that you can continue to participate here, welcome onboard.

So they have had 2 floods today, one rather severe, the other less so. Hot food is back, but it's a bit hand to mouth, to coin a phrase. So indeed no F waiter items but the CCR is getting more-or-less back to normal, some items are now available.

There are signs up in Flounge and CCR. LurkerW and Ann are in attendance!

The CCR and First kitchen uses steam ovens. If they malfunction, out comes a lot of water.....

With the food back on in CCR, can we only spend the refreshment vouchers in a restaurant, or can they be used as credit in normal shops?

Still no hot food, but as mentioned above, £30 voucher for Gordon Ramsey’s available and Mgt visible apologising to customers in the CCR.
OK, credit where credit is due.

So the food in the CCR is worth £30?

I've always found the lounge managers very friendly, pro-active and really nice to have a quick chat with if you had feedback. Some of the best people BA has imho.
