EC Silver Benefits (if any) on EI?

Can someone clarify if any benefits exists for those of us flying Aer Lingus (via BA codeshare)? Understand they are not bound by reciprocal OW benefits, but hoping they offer free seating at a minimum since they are now under same ownership!

You can use the lounge at LHR in T2 (nice) and DUB (meh). Priority boarding too.

I’ve given up on advance seating as I can never get anything to work in Aer app. Maybe it’s free for everyone! Perhaps I’ve been fortunate on my few EI flights but I ask at the airport desk and they move me to what I wanted anyway.
