It's in the lease between BA and the PA for T7 about how much BA need to spend on doing up the terminal. BA is also having to pay upfront some costs (e.g. new baggage screening system) that will later be reimbursed by the US Government.

The lease is publicly available and I recall posting it in the T7 thread

Talk about snatching defeat from the jaws of victory.

I would say that CIHY's comment on some people at BA being in way over their heads has been blatantly obvious for some time.

So it sounds like it's full steam ahead with the new Club World service (even without Do&Co). But no sign of the "dramatic" change in service routine due to the increased time/labour required?
