Survey after Qatar operated flight LHR-MUC in ET

Mixed feelings about this. The flight was excellent, obviously the free f&b was a very welcome change, as was the extra space onboard. The crew were exceptionally polite, warm and efficient (sadly the demoralisation of the crews is starting to show) and I even got a personal greeting as a Silver... which I rarely got even as a Gold. The question asked posed a dilemma though...

On the basis of this experience how likely would I be to recommend BA... I answered 9. But I made it clear in the comments that what I really meant was I was much more likely to recommend Qatar Airways and much less likely to recommend BA.

I feel like if I'd answered 1, they'll decide to rate the Qatar crew very poorly and not their own service.

I feel like having answered 9, they'll decide to add it to another sets of stats to say their own satisfaction ratings are high despite the strike and not account for the fact that it wasn't their service...

Am I just being cynical? Maybe they're just checking customers aren't unhappy with the sub, but they weren't really asking the right question!

I did give detailed feedback about how they should be and allowed them to contact me and see my details... so maybe they'll listen!
