MIA to LHR Any refresh on the 747
Flying this route at the end of July. Have any of the cabins been updated on this route, or is it the same layout and service? I read of new bedding and new cabins on the 747 long haul flights.

The new bedding hasn't been rolled out anywhere yet, starting with JFK in the autumn.
The new cabins you would be referring to are the same seats as always but reupholstered with a new (very good) entertainment system. MIA tends not to get these, but if the main deck goes back to row 22 you are currently expected to get a refurbished aircraft. If it's rows 17-20 then it's the older version.
