Marriott 1000 avios sign up bonus has yours arrived on BA?

Good morning.
I opened this account during the promotional period, when 1,000 British Airways miles were offered for new account.
Marriott unfortunately failed to deposit these miles, so I contacted a supervisor, who promised that these miles would be deposited by the end of July (BA account [redacted]).
Yet again, this promise has been reneged upon.
Please could you advise me, whether Marriott intends eventually to honour the terms of its promotion?

Such a pity as with me at least it generated a lot of good will toward Marriot and was at the next available opportunity going to book with them. If I don't get the points will be a bit annoyed.

But I just logged onto marriottt.com (via phone) and it is showing the last transaction as
2017 Double Miles - 1k Bonus
1,000 miles posted Aug, 01
Type Bonus
So who knows, maybe these points are finally going to appear ?

Saw this from xenole, logged into my BAEC account and I have exactly the same
Just checked Mr S's account and he has not got his Avios yet, we applied within ten minutes of each other.
