How long for a refund?

How long for a refund?

On Sunday 28th May we phoned the EC so ensure that we would get the refunds for our Saturday out bound (cancelled) and the Monday return (not needed as we never got there.
The operator confirmed that these would be processed.
As of three days ago, having checked my credit card, no refund had been received so I phoned the EC. The operator went away for a couple of minutes before suggesting that I wait for 10 working days.
Those 10 working days have now expired with still no refund having been received.

Should I be patient? I have the original Operator's name.

yes you need to be patient.


they may have processed the payment today (day 10 ) but it may take a couple of days to hit your credit card.
