Best way to make a complaint?

We got offered 3000 Avios (each) for the lack of inflight entertainment, funnily enough there was no mention of any of the other issues.
Got home this morning on a better flight (no seat change and the TVs worked - although it was such an old 777, with tiny poor quality screens, that it wasn't worth trying to watch anything anyway!). They did however break one suitcase and break something inside another!
