Understanding flight cancellation codes

I've pulled the flight status info from expertflyer.com for a couple of recent cancelled BA flights.

BA8492 - 30th Jan
Code:
FLIGHT CANCELLED 2350
FCRY
BA994 - 13th March
Code:
FLIGHT CANCELLED 0558
ARPN
I've tried to make sense of the four numbers, from my limited sample I wonder if this is the time at which the flight was cancelled?

I've found a reference of IATA delay codes which looked promising but didn't seem to be what these are.

The "FC" in the first cancellation could have something to do with the IATA code meaning "Cabin crew shortage"

If anyone could shed more light on this I'd be really grateful!

Mods: I posted this in the BA forum because I have a hunch that the codes are airline specific. If this would sit better elsewhere apologies!
