Mark Chapman BBC MOTD and 5 Live MAN-LHR yesterday. Thought the train might be quicker but every time I check the fares seem astronomic so perhaps saving the licence payer some money! BA fares seem a bargain by comparison but there is just all the faff of security - especially MAN T3 - and clearly depends where you live/are based. As ever, only a handful of us left via Domestic, most were connecting.

T3 security was such a farce I tweeted all about it and sought out the BA Station Manager! Had an interesting chat with her and discovered a couple of surprising things.... BA don't pay anything for Fasttrack(sic) as they think it is so poor! |
