IAG stock split (US traded shares)

Just noticed that IAG stock (the ADR trading as symbol ICAGY) looked like it dropped about 60%. When I looked further, it seems the stock had a split (5:2) today (October 25th).

See here: https://ycharts.com/companies/ICAGY

Anyone know why this happened? Is it related to any company activity with IAG's London-traded shares?

Doesn't look like a stock split to me. The big drop in Jun was a post brexit correction

Indeed that is brexit related - but salut0 is talking about the event listed in their link:
10/25/2016 Splits Ratio: 5:2
