I tried booking in J but it is the same amount as usual.

Can't find anywhere on the page or T&C where it says this is Y only? Am I missing something ??

They don't explicitly say it. The T&C only include taxes/fees/charges figures for Y, though, and my attempts to find anything in J or F were no more successful than yours.

Y... They should open J and F too, now that would be some deal.

BTW the link in the email I received did not work so I am glad the information is on FT, thanks!

Also this seems to be a rushed offer, I see a few typos: Montral, JKF... I wonder what they are up to.

... and oddly, having kept my eye on BWI_FCO flights, 'cheapest' WT is now more expensive than WT+ for both outward and return flights!

JFK-LHR one-way in Y for 7800 is not a bad deal if you are willing to stomach it.

It's also valid for Canada as well... YYZ/YUL/YVR all on there.

The proof reader needs firing, mind you... "Montral"? "orland"?!

You're right and I'm sorry for missing that in my post. I've corrected it and asked our mods to amend the thread title.

It's the same one that checks the fares. He is dyslectic for roundish shapes. Sometimes he misses an 0 completely....

Missing vowels from the two cities already mentioned - and they added a consonant to Iberia:

Fuel surcharges kills this (as usual). Although I did notice the same discounts can be had from the Iberian website. Roundtrip from ORD to MAD on Iberia is pricing out at 20,400 avios + $206 at Iberia.com. The same is pricing out to 20,400 + $589 on BA.com.

Might be some deals to be had on Iberia.

I wouldn't be so hasty. Consider IAH-LHR one way for 9,750 Avios and $257. I'd say that's a terrific deal for a non-stop transatlantic flight. (The next cheapest option for the dates I looked at is $652, flying with TK via IST.)

I spotted this too, but the pedant in my concluded that flights to Madrid are indeed Iberian. Not consistent with the other headers but also not incorrect.

The link in the email is defective, but the link in the first post is valid.

That said, the webpage for the offer seems to have been slapped together. It refers to fights from "Orland" and "Montral," and "Iberian" flights to Madrid. New York JFK is identified as JKF if you fly on BA or Open Skies, fortunately if you want to fly on "Iberian" you can depart from JFK.

I get it, they're just typos, but given that the email links to the wrong page as well, clearly the varsity team didn't design this one.

Edited to add: the joke's partly on me, I didn't see several others already caught these!
