I often fly WAW-LHR and Fantazja is my preferred choice now - if you worried about time, just leave Fantazja allowing enough time for passport control and if the flight is not boarding soon, just pop into Bolero. Note you can ask agent in the Fantazja lounge to find out for you what time BA flight would commence boarding - they don't mind to help as their lounge is usually very quiet.

Apart from some arrival lounges, you need to be departing on a oneworld flight to use a oneworld lounge. I think your only option is to pay for a lounge if one is available.

That should be possible but not as a BA guest. The entry fee for each of WAW’s lounges is PLN 130 (approx £25) pp

There is no arrivals lounge for BA in Warsaw, so unless you are departing on a OW flight you will not get lounge access in Chopin as a OW Saphire
FYI Ryanair only use Warsaw Chopin(WAW) for domestic flights in Poland, they use Warsaw Modlin(WMI) for other destinations.

As other have said you cannot access the lounge based on your status, but you could pay for it as it's relatively cheap - last time I've checked it was 120 PLN (~£23 or ~$28).

Scottishpoet mentioned that and I will elaborate :-)
There are 4 lounges at Warsaw Chopin Airport (3 Schengen and 1 non-Schengen).
Polonez lounge (Schengen) is the only one out of bounds for no status pax.
The other 3 are accesible either through a Priority Pass card or a payment of PLN 130.
Flying to Vienna, you can choose between Fantazja (PLN 130) or Preludium (Priority Pass or PLN 130).

Apart from that the place as comfortable as you could expect a lounge to be - with days-beds in a quiet area, and showers. Food and drink offers were generous and good quality.

Thanks for the info guys, as I will be travelling straight to the airport from a meeting I only plan to get to the airport about 30 mins before boarding commences so probably won't have time to take advantage of a lounge. Will only require a quick coffee at an outlet in the main terminal area.

There are several coffee shops, all under different names, but basically selling identical products

Since this is a recent thread, I'll bump it.
Flying BA CE out of WAW tomorrow. First time in over a year. Do CW pax still get access to the Fast Track security line? On my way in to WAW, it appeared to have different signage.
Does check-in still open 2 hours before the flight? Thought that was unusually close to departure time, but maybe it is the norm for intra-Europe BA flights.
Counters look to have moved as well. Used to be the far right island as you enter, but now it seems LOT uses that for their premium check-in.
Thanks!

That is the norm in Europe, some Greek airports don't open check-in until 90 minutes before departure (the locals will arrive fashionably late anyway), and a few don't open security until one hour before the flight. 75 minutes in plenty at WAW.
