Ba 337 23rd may 15
Hey All
Currently waiting for ba to get back to me about aN EU claim.
They Are dragging their heels so I'm wondering if anybody is able to find out why it was delayed.
Ba on twitter told us it was delayed due to rotational delays something to do with operationoperational reasons.
23rd may 15 ....the small delay meant we missed our connection back to Newcastle and had to catch flight next day and ba put us in a hotel.

It's been just over 3 weeks since the flight.
So you need to have a little more patience.
There is info the the EU compensation thread about processing times for claims - the same thread you posted to in the days after the cancellation.
