My account was hacked two weeks ago. I did get an email response supposedly from British Airways but following this up by phone I'm basically being treated like a common thief. I've never been so furious with so-called 'customer service' as I am now.

The more it drags on, the more I feel I will lose hundreds of thousands of Avios.

Nobody has contacted me to ask for any information about the hack or anything.

The whole experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth indeed.
