Great Customer Service
Had to cancel all my upcoming trips for next weeks due to early delivery of baby no3.
Among them two BA flights this week booked in non-flex ET and one of them POUG to CE. Thursday and Friday. Called the Gold line and just wanted to ask if and what the policy is if there is a family emergency outside of your control, such as very early delivery of babies, and what documentation we should provide if applicable.
Superb friendly agent first wanted to make sure everyone is all right (yes, tough start but now all stable and positive) and she congratulated me, then proceeded to check the policies. After holding for some minutes I was informed that because of the circumstances the supervisor said an exception was no problem considering the circumstances. ^
wasn't excepting that at all. In an instant they've changed my BA mood from meh to Best Airline.

Congratulations.
Welcome to the exclusive three kid club, where you and Mrs Petrus will have to learn to move from a one-on-one marking system to a zonal defence.
(5 years in and I'm still trying to get the hang of it)
