New extended hours for customer relations starting this week.
New hours for Customer relations:
Monday-Friday 07.30-20.15 (UK phone lines open from 08.00 until 18.30 with US support until 20.00)
Saturday and Sunday 09.00-17.15
These changes are due to increasing customer demand for CR to be open. Another reason is the closure of the US Customer Relations office based at JFK.
Changes started from this monday 29 september
In case you werent aware there is also a new number to contact CR:
0344 472 9665 Note its not a 0844 number so you wont be charged.

Good to know, thanks. The 0344 numbers aren't free - so you will be charged, unless you have inclusive minutes on your phone (which is the big difference with these numbers as 0844 numbers would not be taken from these minutes).
BTW Anonba - there's a spelling error in your signature you might like to fix.
