Live TP run LCY - ORD, the long way round..
Hi everyone,
I'm off on my first proper TP run tomorrow one day into my new TP year, and wanted to share my journey with you all to repay all the entertainment i've had form others doing the same.
I've set up a blog to allow me to upload on the go from my iPhone, i'm hoping the FT mods won;t mind me linking to a trip report hosted externally. I will try my best to transpose it back into an FT post when i'm back on dry land with a laptop based internet connection.

Wish me luck!

Good luck with your travels ^
On your blog at the "Background" section, did you really mean this:-
"LHR – BOS BA J with avoid upgrade to F"
and
"JFK – LHR BA J with avoid upgrade to F"
... or just a typo for correction
If not a typo, how do you avoid it!

While 1A may SEEM unattainable to a lot of people, I think I've been able to select it every time I've flown on the LCY-JFK service (in either direction). For various reasons, I have not always done so though...

I have to say, i wouldn't t normally choose 1A, my logic was it was a day flight so was worth it just to get the boarding pass... in the future i will always go for a pair with an empty seat next to me. Row 8 appeals for the flight home..
And on F it's clearly always 2K...
