Yes it is, if you buy via gate 365

It was 2 Avios per £1 spent last time I used it, but often doesn't apply to high demand items such as new iPhones or iPads.

Another option, although involving a few more steps, is to go via topcashback, take the cash back in club card points and then convert them to Avios.
I haven't looked at the different rates lately, but you usually get more doing it that way (as long as you are purchasing from Apple).
Just as a warning, in case you are asking today because they will be announcing new kit later, but new releases such as the iPhone are usually specifically excluded from cash back.

The iPhone 6 is now available for pre-order.
Although, as normal, it's currently specifically excluded from earning points (it always is until the initial rush dies down), it's probably still worth booking through the e-store (or other preferred points earning/cashback portal) just in case. Also any accessories you buy should qualify for points.

Depending on what you are buying and if you can be bothered, buy John Lewis vouchers from Love2shop and use 3v cards purchased from Tesco to pay for them. Its rather long winded, but reasonably rewarding.
