Useful bargain rates, discounts etc for the Sofitel at LHR T5

The Sofitel is currently showing up in the lastminute.com sale (http://www.lastminute.com/hotels/pro...off27feb_merch) as the secret 5* hotel at Heathrow for Ł98 a night

Enter FEBBONUS as a code at the payment screen to get an additional 10% off - just booked a room ahead of a stag do in April for just under Ł88

Sale ends 10am tomorrow

Hope this is useful to folks

I just booked a night for a stay in two weeks' time.

Many thanks!

For others, just search for hotels near LHR. It mightn't come up directly on the link provided.

I was planning Jurys at Hatton Cross so this is a bit of an upgrade!

Do I get Accor hotel points for a stay booked with lastminute.com, I wonder?

At first I thought the same, then realised you need to pick the "secret 5*" hotel, you can easily see it is the Sofitel by the matching number of reviews.

I can also confirm that I have just booked 2 stays, 1 night each and paid only Ł89.56 for each night, including amex fee.

Many thanks to darthlemsip ^

Great find I was just about to book a stay here on the Accor website for May and this saves me about fifty quid. Just to clarify though is this hotel
"Elegance and comfort easy access to the Airport - 5*" definitely the Sofitel? It doesn't say anything about terminal 5 in description.

check the number of reviews, 3548 or so, it matches the Sofitel listing.

I have just booked 2 stays, def the Sofitel.

100% it is - it's the only 5* hotel around there anyway

Using the power of deduction - it's the only 5* hotel in the area, the Tripadvisor reviews match the Sofitel etc

Brilliant thanks! Do they tell you after you book it that it is the Sofitel?
