Avios/TPs on redemptions upgraded with cash?
I'm sure this has been asked before but wasn't able to find the answer. If I have an avios redemption in ET and accept a MMB offer to upgrade to CE, do I get any avios/TPs?
I know that when upgrading for cash from a paid class one does get the avios/TPs for the upgraded cabin but I suspect this is not the case when upgrading an avios ticket.
