Tesco and Avios
Tesco, the major UK supermarket chain, allows you to convert Tesco Clubcard (CC) points to Avios. The standard earning rate is 1 CC point per £1 spent in store. They convert to Avios in the ratio of 1 CC point to 2.4 Avios or 2.5 Virgin miles. Every quarter, your points are converted to coupons and mailed to you - they can then be converted via the CC website to Avios or Virgin miles. Typically, it takes 1-2 working days for a conversion to BA Avios to complete.

The key to rapidly earning large amounts of Avios is the regular bonus point offers where large amounts of points can be earned. The latest are listed below and discussed within this thread.

The last period for collecting Clubcard points finished on 16 October 2014.

The last day for collecting points in the current quarter is 21 January 2015
.

Topcashback (TCB)
A cashback generating site, that provides cashback if you go to a wide range of online retailers via their links. Uniquely amongst such sites, TCB allows up to £50 of cashback per year to be withdrawn to your Tesco Clubcard account, which could then be transferred to 12,000 Avios. As of the middle of May, most cashback can also be transferred directly to your Avios account 1p=1 Avios. http://www.topcashback.co.uk/

Just thought I would have a look at my club card account and drool over the £900 in vouchers I have, only to find out that I have none!!!
Some toe rag has helped themselves to every last penny of them.

Contacted Tesco straight away and they can see that someone with a totally different name, address, and account number has somehow managed to spend all of my vouchers on Clubcard boost. The agent says they can see who it is so hopefully something can be done to stop them.

There is no way that they could have hacked into my account from the outside, I have a 12 digit password that uses all sorts of symbols. Even to use your points you have to type in 4 random numbers from you CC.

Anyway all of the vouchers are being put back on, but not till the end of this period and my on line account has been closed so have to re register again tomorrow.

Aah. I did make an amendment to a wikipost recently, but I can't remember which one it was now.
If it was this one, and I deleted your post, please accept my sincere apologies.

EDIT: Just checked, wasn't me

This happened to me today too. Found out a mere (well, compared to yours!) £169 taken from my account on Dec 20 for clubcard boost.

Had this happen to me in December. They refunded all the points (although had to chase them for about half of them). At least the current collection period ends in just over a week so you won't have to wait too long for the refunded points to become vouchers.
