It is an AA flight which has credited for 70 TP instead of 140 TP which means that my year that ended 8 FEB didn't reach gold. I currently have a case with customer service about this - and have had for 7 weeks now (they apparently closed it twice after my email enquiries without giving me any reason or letting me know). Two weeks ago I called them and now they're onto it again. The problem is my BP says upgraded Y-fare, whilst my booking is in I-class - this all came about from a faulty rebooking into Y when IRROPS occurred. This Y BP I only realised when boarded, so had to go to the gate to get it re-issued in which case they presumably upgraded instead of actually re-issuing my BP in the correct booking class.
Now the issue is that BA cannot see the booking (as it's in AA's systems), and that's what they're working on.
