Why are the loads so quiet tonight?
Currently sat in the Flounge at JFK and it's SO quiet. Probably 20 people max. Even the club lounge is quiet for a Friday. I see from KVS that most of the flights are wide open in all cabins.

Have I missed something? It's usually heaving here...

Sorry - possibly a contender for the most pointless thread ever, but I'm curious...

Possibly due to the hurricane-type weather the UK is currently experiencing and nobody wants to fly over?

Am I right in saying it is half term in England just now. Maybe a lot of regular travellers are away on family breaks???

My wife is on half term this week coming up, yes - I think all the schools will either be this week or next week.
