Chase 10% Discount and UuA

I've been able to UuA on at least a couple different flights originally booked via the 10% discount link. I think it's an underappreciated perk--if you're an American, you're almost certainly using BA to fly TATL or further, so you'll be saving just about the fee even flying one WT roundtrip.

care to elaborate? did the 10% extend to the additional YQ?

The discount applies to the total cost of the ticket, including YQ.

Based on my latest experience, the 10% was not applicable to the additional YQ on an UUA from WTP to CW, granted that the $24.00 discount wouldn't have made much of difference for me.
