Received (almost) the same e-mail today, sans the 2000 avios incentive part.
Likewise.

Not sure about that. What will they learn from the behaviour of those who aren't offered any incentive? (Polite answers only please).

FWIW, I got the email without any offer of miles. I'm Gold with 400+ Avios balance. Mrs F (Bronze, 100k Avios balance) got same email. Go figure.

I just got one. No offer of any Avios.

I'm not going to opt in. Probably I wouldn't have anyway. And now I heard other posters got up to 4,000 Avios for opting in, I'm definitely not opting in. A pity. 3,000 or 4,000 might have changed my mind.

Our records show that you have either not completed the survey, or have not submitted your responses to us."

That sounds rather like a reprimand. How do I opt out of having BAEC or its appointees (Ipsos MORI) from sending me lengthy questionnaires and keeping records on whether I respond?
Perhaps just keep partially doing it until they get the message?

Having done that, I have just received that nice Mr Hillier's email - but no offer.
I may make him sweat a bit

No mails here yet, they are probably leaving us until last to send us the 10,000 point offer
