World's worst tasting eggs..
I usually start my travels to South America on an IB flight to MAD but my trip this morning (13th) started on BA456 - leaving at the ungodly hour of 0615.
I've got to say, the cooked breakfast that they served in CE was absolutely foul - the sausage was disgusting and I have truly never had scrambled eggs that have tasted so artificial. Is it always this bad?
Give me an IB omelette and slice of ham any day!

Don't get me started on BA and it's eggs policy. In F they use some concoction designed by the Ministry of Food in WW2. CE grease pool breakfasts can be lifted with the help of Worcestershire sauce, available in the Flounge, prior to boarding.
Personally I find opting for a large fruit platter in MMB 25 hours before hand yields the best result.

About four years ago I experienced BA F omelette, BA J omelette and the LAN Y version in quick succession. The first two were rolled like a Swiss roll and dry and tough. The F was marginally better as a dish as it came with a sauce of some sort. The LAN omelette was shaped like an omelette, moist and soft in the centre and delicious. Seemed freshly cooked to me but I guess it was not.
Cathay Pacific will fry you an egg according to their website.
BA eggs need to be better!

Oh dear god please don't bring back that memory for me! I am by no means a fussy eater and I rather perversely quite like mass produced catering scrambled eggs but even I still shudder at the thought of the Hampton Inn breaky!

I like the CE breakfast ex UK. However this week I had the WT+ (supposedly CW) breakfast ex-Moscow.
The fruit was good, the pastries were OK, the yoghurt was good, but the muffin with cheesy scrambled egg was absolutely awful A real shame as the ex-LHR scrambled egg is generally pretty edible.

BA eggs ex-LHR and ex-LGW are not too bad.
However, the ex-OTP one is quite something. It's so bad that it's impressive - I am convinced that it is the worst on the network. I think they should compete for the World Worst Scrambled Egg award.
