Connection/Transfer time at MAD?
I have an itinerary coming up LHR-MAD-PMI.
I am on BA464, arriving MAD at 17:25, connecting onto IB2452 departing 18:40. This gives 1hr 15mins to transfer at MAD.
I have never transferred at MAD before, only disembarked a BA/KL flight then headed into the city. Is 1hr 15mins enough time to transfer between the flights? What makes it a bit more hairy is that the flights are on separate PNRs

From my experience at MAD - your BA flight will come into 4S, and the PMI one will likely leave from 4 as it is domestic. (Some domestics leave from 'M' gates at T4S occasionally though)
If everything is on the same PNR, and you have your onward boarding pass for the MAD-PMI leg, and only carry-on or bags checked through, you should be fine - MAD T4 is fairly huge, but it is well signed. The last time I did a similar jig (LHR-MAD-TFS) I had 1hr to do it, and I managed it in around 25 minutes.
There is a underground train, much like LHR T5A/B/C's between 4 and 4S, which takes about 5 minutes. Again - exactly like T5, take the lifts, not the escalators, for the quickest ways up/down.

If you flew IB instead of BA, this is doable. IB flies in T4, you clear immigration as you get off the plane and then run to to relevant connecting gate. T4 is long.
A BA flight into T4S requires you to clear both central immigration as well as security and take the shuttle train between the two terminals. That forces the longer MCT.

No problems to take hand baggage for me (although I would preferably have checked bags)
