Semi-OT: You know you think about BA/BAEC too much when....

You wake up in the morning with your fiancée looking at you concernedly because you have been making noises of distress in your sleep, only to have to tell her that you were having a nightmare about BAEC realignment, in which you logged into your EC account to find that your GUF2 had been confiscated, and tier points no longer existed, along with a friendly message stating that, "based on member feedback," to retain Gold you will now have to fly 100,000 butt-in-seat miles by the end of your member year!

Oh, and apparently, in dreamland, Lufthansa has now installed restaurant-table-style seating in a diagonal pattern in shorthaul J on their A320 family of aircraft. I found this quite delightful, and a big step up from CE!

Not a good way to start a Monday morning.

I know kind of how you feel, though thankfully mine wasn't a nightmare...

Last night I dreamt that I missed my flight (which is actually tomorrow), thus screwing up my TPs for the year and causing me to miss out on upgraded status!

Must have been something in the airwaves last night...

You don't want to know what my last BA dream was about, but it involved a hairbrush...

I sometimes (often during Jet Lag recovery phase) have a dream about not being able to get to sleep.

I often wake up and realise that I have just been dreaming about not being able to get to sleep but I have actually slept... Quite a nice feeling actually...

I was not planning to reply to this thread. But ...

... I had a dream about BA last night containing the following:
* I was the last person to board a 747
* I was the boarding through an airbridge at A10
* I was travelling in NF and the cabin was full
* After take off the cabin emptied apart from ...
* ... a middle aged blonde lady sitting next to me who took a fancy to me
* The older blonde lady was very soft in all the right places...

... and more!

I promise I am not making this up. I really did dream this last night.

Back to: You know you think about BA/BAEC too much when....

... you're in a Tesco Express buying something for £5.90, using your AmEx and looking in vain for something priced at 10p.

When you mentally fill in the missing "pheeep" from the current safety video at the part about the whistle for attracting attention on the lifejacket.

The older video, pre-animated bunny, had a demonstrative "pheeep" at that point, so I have to make the sound myself or it's all wrong. Don't worry, I don't do it out loud. Most of the time anyway.
