Including Cathay and Dragon Air on award ticket?

I understand that Dragon air is a subsidiary of Cathay Pacific. Can I book an award ticket using BA miles from LAX to Hong Kong on Cathay and on to Phnom Penh on Dragon for 100,000 miles as a "single partner" award?

Or is it consider "two partners" if Dragon Air is used? I don't see Dragon Air listed as a separate oneworld alliance partner, so I'm hoping they are considered part of Cathay.

Thanks.

Flights booked on both Cathay Pacific and Dragonair are classed as one partner.

I have done a SHA-HKG-MAA on KA/CX and it did indeed price as a single carrier redemption, even on ba.com itself - so shouldn't be an issue.
