Do you mean:

* BA Executive Club - Nicci
* ba.com helper - which is now covered by a small team of people

Nicci invariably lets us know when she is out of the office

We have ba.com helper who is Karen and ba.com helper 2 who is Paula.

Both post on a fairly regular basis.

Maybe, but she is always so efficient, replying within a few hours. All I asked was how soon I could expect a reply from senior management. (I suppose our Willie is quite busy!).
